We accept payment by Cash, Cheque and all major Credit and Debit cards. Order Notes
Please note that all transactions will be carried out in GBP. Once the order has been placed an order acknowledgement will be sent via e-mail detailing the Transaction and Order reference numbers. An order confirmation will follow detailing acceptance of the order and providing an estimated delivery date. The website operates on an "invitation to treat" basis and not as an "offer for sale" as a result, Milbury Heath Garden Supplies reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases. As such any contract will only become legally binding when the Seller confirms their order acceptance. All prices are quoted net of VAT and any applicable carriage charges, which will be added in the check-out section. The Seller monitors prices on a daily basis. We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions or human error. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. In the event that you need to contact us please quote the Transaction and Order reference numbers. The signature on any delivery note by the Customer or his agent or carrier shall be conclusive proof of delivery. Damage / short delivery must be notified to the Seller within 3 working day of receipt of goods and the carriers note must be endorsed accordingly. The customer shall be responsible for offloading the goods from the delivery vehicle and is responsible for the safe storage and handling of the goods prior to installation / use.

Returns Policy & Guarantee
In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive you may be entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods for a full refund. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days, beginning on the day after the day you received your goods. Should you wish to cancel an order under these terms then you must notify the Seller, in writing, within the notice period. Goods are returned to Milbury Heath Garden Supplies at the customers own expense. The 'Distance Selling Directive' is only applicable to transactions between a business and consumer where the consumer does not have an opportunity to view the goods before purchase; it does not apply to Business to Business dealings. We aim to give our Customers complete satisfaction. All of our products come with a 2 year guarantee from the date of delivery Please return any faulty goods to the address below for a full evaluation. At our discretion we will provide a replacement or repair of the faulty item. When returning any items please provide our Transaction and Order reference numbers along with a detailed description of the suspected fault as well as contact details. This guarantee shall not be deemed to cover repair or replacement which may be required as a result of wilful neglect or accidental damage, misuse, lack of or improper maintenance, neglect or any other cause outside the control of Milbury Heath Garden Supplies. Our liability shall be limited to the repair or replacement of any defective component and we cannot accept responsibility of any kind beyond such. We will also not accept any consequential loss claims as a result of failure of any component.
